Cancelation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.  However, the weeks of Christmas, New Years and Easter require 30 days  notice of cancellation for the 50% refund.

Damage and Incidentals

  • You will be asked to post a security deposit and you are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Security

The villa is located in the exclusive gated community of La Punta.  You will be asked to present your identification to the security staff upon check in.  Security patrols the neighborhood 24/7 and there are security cameras at various areas. This is a private neighborhood so please no loud parties or music after 10:00 pm.  If the security is called because of your failure to adhere to the neighborhood guidelines you risk forfeiting your security deposit.
